PK76 Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the pk76 platform, including the website at pk76.onl, the Android mobile application, and any related services we make available to you. By registering an account on pk76, you are confirming that you have read these Terms carefully and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming page, which together form the complete agreement between you and pk76. If there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless specifically stated otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility

To register and use pk76, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. This is a strict requirement and not a guideline.
• You must be registering for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended account on pk76.
• You must be acting in your own personal capacity, not as part of a commercial arrangement.
• You must not have been excluded from gaming platforms, either voluntarily through a self-exclusion request or through an administrative decision by pk76.

pk76 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity or payment method at any point. Providing false information during registration or at any subsequent point is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

We do not target minors and take our age verification obligations seriously. If we have reason to believe an account belongs to a person under 18, we will suspend the account pending verification and may close it permanently if verification is not provided.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one account on pk76. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses or phone numbers — is a breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same person, all accounts may be closed and any balances or pending bonuses may be voided.

You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when registering. This includes your name, date of birth, and any payment information linked to your account. If your contact details change, you should update them through your account settings promptly.

Account security is your responsibility. You should choose a strong, unique password and not share it with anyone. pk76 support staff will never ask for your password. If you receive any communication claiming to be from pk76 asking for your password, treat it as suspicious and do not respond.

You must notify pk76 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else. We will take reasonable steps to secure the account while the situation is investigated, but we are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurred before you notified us.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on pk76 are made in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). There is no currency conversion, and you do not need a foreign payment method to use the platform.

Supported deposit methods include:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet transfer
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet transfer
• Raast — instant interbank payment
• Bank Transfer — standard online banking
• Debit and credit cards

Deposits are credited to your pk76 balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the method used, though JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers are typically reflected within minutes.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This is a standard security measure to prevent fraud and ensure funds are returned to their source. Withdrawal processing times are displayed on the Deposit page.

You may only withdraw funds from your own verified account. pk76 reserves the right to carry out additional identity verification checks before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or larger amounts. Funds linked to incomplete or suspicious transactions may be held pending review.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of each transaction within your account. These limits may vary by payment method and account status.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pk76 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed on the Promotions page at the time the bonus is claimed. By claiming any bonus, you accept the terms attached to that specific offer.

General bonus conditions that apply to all offers unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one per player, household and shared device.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement (for example, 20x or 30x) is shown on the individual promotion.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. Real money is typically used first, unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement has been completed.
• pk76 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonuses already claimed and in progress will be honoured under their original terms unless fraud is suspected.

Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play — will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided. If a pattern of bonus abuse is detected across multiple accounts, all related accounts may be closed.

6. Betting Rules

Bets placed on pk76 — whether on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports or live casino — are subject to the specific rules for each game or market type. Game rules are available within the relevant sections of the platform.

General betting rules that apply across all markets:

• Bets are final once confirmed. A placed bet cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation unless the relevant market or game offers a cash-out or in-play modification feature.
• pk76 reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, technical faults or where the integrity of an event is in question.
• In-play bets on cricket and other sports are accepted subject to the platform's real-time feed. If an event result has already been determined at the time of bet placement — even if the result has not yet been reflected in the interface — the bet may be voided.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply and are shown within the relevant betting interface.
• Winnings from sports bets are paid into your main account balance following settlement of the relevant event.

For live casino games, the rules of each game (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, etc.) are governed by the relevant game provider. pk76 hosts these games but does not control the underlying game logic, which is managed by licensed third-party providers.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are prohibited on the pk76 platform and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and legal action where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with any part of the platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in poker, live casino or any multiplayer format.
• Using information obtained through cheating, hacking or exploitation of technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or interfere with the platform's software, security or data.
• Using pk76 for any money laundering or financial fraud activity.
• Creating accounts using false or third-party identity information.
• Sharing account access with another person or allowing someone else to manage your account.
• Any systematic exploitation of pricing errors or technical glitches, whether these are discovered accidentally or sought out deliberately.

pk76 monitors accounts for patterns associated with prohibited conduct. Where such a pattern is identified, the account may be suspended while an investigation is carried out. During a suspension, no withdrawals can be processed. The outcome of the investigation is final.

8. Privacy & Data

pk76 collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By creating an account, you agree to the collection and use of your data in accordance with that policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Your data is used to operate your account, process transactions, prevent fraud and communicate with you about your account and platform updates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Account communications — including deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications and promotional messages — may be sent via email or push notification through the pk76 app. You can manage notification preferences within your account settings.

9. Responsible Gaming

pk76 is an entertainment platform. We encourage all players to set a personal budget before each session and to treat gaming as a leisure activity rather than a source of income. The platform provides tools to help you manage your activity:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly or monthly limit on how much you deposit.
• Session reminders — receive alerts after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion — request a temporary or permanent break from the platform through your account settings or by contacting support.

pk76 is for adults aged 18 and above only. We do not direct marketing towards under-18s and we take all reasonable steps to prevent minors from accessing the platform.

10. Account Termination

You may close your pk76 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled and real money funds will be returned to your registered withdrawal method, subject to identity verification if required. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure.

pk76 may suspend or close an account at any time if:

• There is evidence of a breach of these Terms.
• The account is suspected to be involved in fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity.
• The account holder is identified as being under 18 years of age.
• A self-exclusion request has been made by the account holder.
• Requested identity documents have not been provided within a reasonable timeframe.

In cases of termination due to a breach of these Terms, pk76 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is suspected, relevant information may be reported to applicable authorities.

11. Liability

pk76 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain uptime and performance, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption or free from technical errors at all times.

pk76 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from network or connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Delays caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa or banking systems.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Decisions made by a player based on information displayed during a technical error that has been subsequently corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted, pk76's total liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the platform is limited to the amount of real money held in that player's account at the time of the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

pk76 may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — we will notify registered players via email or in-app notification where possible.

Your continued use of the pk76 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any update, your option is to stop using the platform and close your account in accordance with Section 10.
